the room was ok, comfy enough beds and the shower was powerful. nice location right beside the beach with free parking. also liked the bar next door, the staff there were super friendly.
but the place is really in need of a refurb. It was a lil noisy outside at night.

Great Location and Friendly Staff
I really enjoyed my stay as the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and local attractions. The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating, making our experience pleasant. the check-in process was a bit confusing since we had to collect the keys from the pub next door without prior notice.

Clean towels provided regularly.
The check-in process was chaotic and unorganized. the noise from the bar below was unbearable, making it impossible to enjoy a restful night's sleep. this experience was extremely disappointing and a significant letdown.

Charming stay with minor hiccups
The location was conveniently close to bustling local shops and the beach, making it perfect for exploring. The staff offered warm hospitality, which added to the atmosphere of our visit.
The bedroom was quite chilly upon arrival, and the faulty heater added some inconvenience. Continuous noise from neighboring rooms made it a bit difficult to sleep soundly.

Inadequate staff presence could be better managed!!! Noise disturbances from the nearby pub really hindered rest!!! Confusing check-in process at the bar made for an uncomfortable start!!!

The superior room featured a decent sea view, with a pleasant backdrop that caught the eye. The atmosphere felt homey with an unexpectedly different vibe from standard hotels.
The bedroom was freezing on arrival. The small electric heater didn’t work properly, requiring me to hold the button down. Trying to deal with drafty windows from stronger winds wasn’t a joy either, especially in room 8. No heating in the ensuite made it even more uncomfortable. I found old issues like worn wallpaper hanging halfway down the wall and a razor left in the shower from a previous guest. The TV was notably small, about the size of an iPad, which didn’t match my expectation for a comfortable evening in. The decor felt dated and in need of a refreshing overhaul, which made the price point of £140 seem steep.

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach and close to numerous cafes and pubs. the experience was marred by a lack of basic amenities. the room was basic with no guidance on WiFi access or local services. the noise from traffic and nearby activities made it difficult to relax. After paying £330 for three nights without breakfast or support from staff, expectations were not met, leading to disappointment.
